snatches and burpee box jump overs

Today's Crossfit workout was a real test of my endurance and determination. I woke up with a sore back and neck from playing volleyball the day before, so I decided to take an ice bath before heading to the gym. Even though the ice bath helped alleviate some of the pain, I knew that I would still have to power through the stiffness during the workout.

The workout included dumbbell snatches followed by 10 burpee box jump overs, repeated five times with the snatches scaling from 10 reps to 50 reps. I started off strong, focusing on proper form and technique for the dumbbell snatches. As the reps increased, I could feel my muscles burning and my heart pumping.

The burpee box jump overs were definitely no easy feat, but I was able to keep my pace steady and complete all 10 reps without fail. As the rounds progressed and the reps for the snatches increased, I could feel the stiffness in my back and neck starting to come back, but the adrenaline from the workout helped me power through it.

By the time I finished the last round, I was exhausted but incredibly proud of myself for pushing through. The endorphins from the workout really helped me overcome the pain and push myself harder than I thought possible.

Even though I was feeling stiff again after the workout, I knew that I had another volleyball game later that day, so I powered through it. The pump from the workout really helped me to perform better and the pain didn’t matter much during the game. Crossfit is all about pushing yourself to your limits and challenging yourself in ways you never thought possible. Today's workout was a true test of my strength, both physically and mentally. And I'm excited to see what other challenges lie ahead.
