Today, I tackled one of the most intense crossfit workouts I have ever done: 120 reps of wall balls followed by 120 calories on the rower. I started off with the wall balls, grabbing my medicine ball and chucking it up to the required height. I could feel the burn in my shoulders and legs as I worked through the reps, but I kept pushing myself to keep going. And before I knew it, all 120 reps were complete.

Next up was the rower. I was a little nervous as I stepped up to the machine, knowing that 120 calories is no joke. But I settled into a steady pace and began pulling on the handle. The burn in my legs and arms intensified as the calories ticked by, but I kept telling myself to keep going, to push through the pain. And before I knew it, I had reached the 120 calorie mark.

As I caught my breath and high-fived my workout partner, I couldn't help but feel a sense of accomplishment. I had tackled an intense workout and come out on top. And the best part? I received plenty of compliments from strong gym members and coaches, which only added to my sense of pride.

All in all, it was an incredible workout that pushed me to my limits and reminded me just how strong and capable I am. I can't wait to see what other challenges crossfit has in store for me!
