snatches and burpee box jump overs
Today's Crossfit workout was a real test of my endurance and determination. I woke up with a sore back and neck from playing volleyball the day before, so I decided to take an ice bath before heading to the gym. Even though the ice bath helped alleviate some of the pain, I knew that I would still have to power through the stiffness during the workout. The workout included dumbbell snatches followed by 10 burpee box jump overs, repeated five times with the snatches scaling from 10 reps to 50 reps. I started off strong, focusing on proper form and technique for the dumbbell snatches. As the reps increased, I could feel my muscles burning and my heart pumping. The burpee box jump overs were definitely no easy feat, but I was able to keep my pace steady and complete all 10 reps without fail.
